My stock shock absorbers are in need of replacing and I want to lift my truck 2" when I replace them. I have never lifted a truck and it seems it is hard to find setups for this particular truck. I want to lift 2" in rear with new shcoks and 2" blocks, but for the front I am not sure what to do. I can find the 2" shocks for the front but what else do I need to do? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try the following link - it offers several ways to lift your 4x2 Frontier.  I have a 98 extended cab 4x2 that I lifted 1.5-2" with just an aftermarket shackle kit for the rear end and tightening the stock torsion bars on the front.  It allowed me to increase the tire size from 215/65/15 to 225/75/15's.  But when I can I plan to upgrade with the parts from Calmini.
