I am getting a wind whistle and I finally figured out where it is coming from. It is coming from the two center air / heat cabin vents, but it only makes the noise when the cabin "air recirculate"  button is pushed in on my 2002 Frontier. If I push the button on the left off (light goes off) the sound will stop. This is really odd. Any similar stories or fixes?

One thing I forgot to mention is that it starts around 45 mph to highway speed. The noise is not due to the blower fan as it whisltes with the fan off.

I have tested the window molding and as I drive and I have isolated the sound to the two heat / AC vents front center. When I press the recirculate button at between 45-65 mph it sound will start and stop as I press the button.

Again, with the blower on, check for any air leaks between the blower housing and heater/a/c unit.
