2001 Frontier 3.3 V6 4x2

My frontier's suspension is bottoming out in the front
while going over speed bumps and dips while driving. The
stance of the truck is unaffected and the torsion bars look
fine. Very light offroading and towing but mostly moderate
paved roads while driving. The struts are freshly replaced
and I have asked around at various shops and stores about
the issue. Everyone suggested to tighten the screw on the
bars. It did help a little but is still very annoying.
Could they be wore out and need replacement? Any ideas?
