Ok... So I got the receiver dryer replaced, the system vacuumed down and refilled with R134... still having the same problem.  Cool but not cold air.  I checked the temp across the condenser and its pretty hot where the line runs in and is considerably cooler where it exits and goes into the dryer.  The line going into the firewall right before the expansion valve is still pretty warm but the line that cycles back out to head to the compressor isnt that cold.  So im thinking its the valve or something with the evaporator.

While I was at it I ordered some new NGY performance spark plug cables because while the truck idles I could hear the lines arcing.  Now it idles VERY smooth.

Ok well I replaced the expansion valve...

and I STILL have warm/room temp air blowing out...

I give up.  Only thing else I can think of is to get an electric fan to mount on the condenser to help and try to cool the coolant quicker... other than that I really am out of ideas unless someone else has any more!
