I have recently had my 2005 nissan frontier in the shop for code p011 the dealer replaced camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, and intake valve timing control. none of these fixed the issue there are no breaks in any wires. the truck idles rough and these is ticking noise comming from the left top of the engine not rocker related sounds more like fuel ingection issue. dealer wants to change timing chain or some part of the camshaft that sends signals to the camshat sensor. Please if anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this issue I am all ears.

this is rackem6969 I put the truck in the shop for the 19th time and they replaced the connector on the camshaft sensor. service engine light went off and 1/2 mile down the road service engine light is back on. I only have 28000 miles on the truck, still looks great but I will never buy another Nissan again.
