Just an update, my truck turned 70K this week.
All is well, I took it to LA (900 miles roundtrip for me) and averaged 24 MPG at 75 mph on cruise control.
BFG's are still holding up OK, plan to replace them in fall. I did replace the radiator, just as a precautionary measure so that I won't have to deal with the coolant in tranny situation. I also replaced the fluids with synthetic, both differentials, and transfer case, and oil changes at 3K miles. Using Genuine Nissan air filters.
I am still happy with the truck
Curious to see how the Frontier will sell when they have the Cummins diesel, I hear in 2016? a 2.8L 4 banger...

..
That is some nice fuel mileage. I have rarely done better
with my 3.3 engine. My last two trips in the Colorado
mountains the average was 22.5. That was a total of 5000
miles but only 1/4 was on freeways. The Traffic on the two
lane roads in Colorado is really bad with all the RVs and
camping trailers.
Have a good one.. Don S..
