Hi Folks .Just joined here! Can someone tell me the difference between the Japanese edition and the frontier 1998 version. Got a double cabin pickup. Also can it be refitted withe accesories of the 2005 edition

Welcome to the group!
Sorry but I can't be of much positive help.

In 1998 Crew cab Frontiers seem to be available every where except the USA. American made 1998 Frontiers were all OHV I-6 in regular and king cabs. The V-6 was reintroduced in the 1999 models. The 2005 Frontiers were completely redesigned including the V-6 so it is doubtful many parts would interchange.
