yes the work, you might need to do some minor fab work but they should bolt up without issue

I just installed a set of them on my 07 crew cab (chrome bumper). I opted to go without the halo rings though. It did take some fab work, I cut the back off the plastic inserts on a bandsaw so the lights would fit in otherwise you have a gap between the light and the bumper. You will have to flatten the mounting braket and re-bend it to get the lights centered, the lights mount too high with the bracket the way it is. Couldn't get the plastic insert to work with the halo ring and then you have the gap which looked too unfinished for me. I have some pictures but don't know how to post them .
