Jeff,

I have an 07 Frontier NISMO that also came with a tow hook only on the front passengers side.  I understand the tow hook is the same for 06 - 08. Before I ordered three more hooks for the other three corners of the truck, I removed the one on the front passengers side and tried it on the other three corners.  It fit fine on the front drivers side -- I just had to trim a bit of the skid plate that comes with the NISMO (I also had to cut out the "filler" in the bumper where the hook sticks through with an exato knife).  It also fit fine on the rear drivers side -- I just had to trim a bit of the bumper mounting bracket where it mounts to the frame.  It fit fine on the rear passengers side with no mods at all.

The only challenge is the bolts were really tight.  I had to give up on my three eights drive with eight inch handle and use a half inch drive with a braker bar about eighteen inches long.

The hooks & bolts were about $66.00 including tax for each set at my local dealer.
