I've got an '07 XE built after June 12, 2006, so it has the revised exhaust manifold. Problem is, I still get a noise from the engine on light to medium acceleration (most audible in 2-3 gears with the driver's window down) that sounds like a slight exhaust leak. The dealer people haven't been able to hear it yet as you need to be on a quiet street which is hard to find around their location and the engine has to be under load to hear it. It would help a lot if I knew others with this new a truck were having similar issues and what the diagnosis was so I could giver the dealer some direction. This is beginning to get on my nerves big-time as the truck sounds thrashy! Thanks for any help you can offer.
