Can someone tells me how to Reset an ECU ? Is there any drawbacks on doing it ? Wouldnt be a good thing to do after having done an electronic modification (Performance module, etc.) ?

On one of the other Frontier forums there is a procedure to reset the ECU, you'll have to do a search. Or go to your dealer and have them clear the self learn control and perform an idle air volume learn procedure.
