The main 100 amp fuse is blown on my 98'. Is there any
trick to getting the passenger side bolt out of the fuse?
How does the fuse block come apart? Any tips or trick would
be great.

Unscrew it!!!!! Are these the ones at the battery?  May want to check the reason for it blowing unless you have already determined that. If I recall, there was a problem with the harness chafing near the battery tray and also on the brackets at the valve cover for the harness. Trying to picture the fuse, but the old mind is BLANK.
