 Hey guys.

I have an 02 crew cab v6. My tires are  dangerous and I need new ones. I have fallen on hard times and just need to get by for a few months.

My truck has 6 lugs, 15 inch wheels. I was wondering how far back these trucks used 6 lugs. I think they were 5. My 02 came with a full size spare and I am running it now. I would like to find 3 more spares. The spare is actually the same long trail ta that came on the truck.

I have a 1990 model manual that I can use for most of the mechanical stuff on the 02. Tried and true design for sure.

My local pick a part has an 95 truck, and 3 pathfinders, 96,97,98. It seems like the pathfinder had narrowier wheels on some models.

I know used tires are dangerous, and old ones are more dangerous. I am a honda auto tech going thru tough times. Like I said just need some time.

 Any help is appreciated. Thanks

As far as I can recall, Nissan has used 6 lug wheels going back as far as Datsun, pre 1982.
I was under the impression they are all interchangeable,( as long as the wheel diameter is the same) I would just be sure you have the same size wheels and tires on the same axle. Do you have 4X4?

..

The 1999 Frontier Se cast aluminum 4x4 wheels are hub-centric, 6 lugs on 5.5” dia., 15”dia. X 7” wide, 5.250 Back Spacing, centering hole is 3.925 inches in diameter. Pre-Runners wheels should be the same.

The 1998 to 2004 bolt pattern and off-set should be the same with wheel diameters 15, 16, and 17. Later models have a different bolt pattern.

The Hard Body 4x4s had much less off-set so the wheels and tires would stick out from under the fenders.

I don't know about the Two wheel drives.

Have a good one Don S..

Thanks guys. I looked in my 1990 manual and it shows 6 lugs. It is a 2wd by the way.

The local pick a part has 3 pathfinders near the same year. I am going to see if I can find 4 wheels witth 4 safe tires.

Bfgoodrich all terrains have 120k miles. 20k of that bald. Amazing freaking tire.

I know a some toyotas and fords have the same lug pattern. I was wondering if I had any other options.

Toyota's yes but I don't believe the Fords do. You might check out Isuzu Troopers.

Good luck!!.. Don S..
