Hi guys. My name is chris and I'm new to the forums.
This post is actually for my uncle.
He bought a 2001 Nissan Frontier, and went to get it
inspected and someone had ripped out the check engine
light bulb because it wasn't passing inspection.
So now, we're trying to get this back together so he can
get his inspection taken care of and ditch this nasty
ticket he's got for it.
I did some searching on the forums, but I'm probably not
using the right keywords? Because I can't find anything
related to this.
Any help at all would be great. We're currently looking
for a bulb. Does anybody know what kind it is?
If it comes down to it, he may have to buy another engine
cluster, but hoping that route isn't needed.

It would be best to remove the meter assy, then the bulb
and go to auto parts store to match it up.

Oh sorry, the CEL bulb isn't present.
That's why we're unable to match it up...

Try one of the other bulbs in the assy. to see if it will
work in its place.
