hello i own a 07 frontier nismo 

and i have a little black box maybe 2inches by 2 inches it is zip tied to the metal frame under my hood near my drivers side lights and battery, it has three wires coming out of it a blue and yellow wire run to the headlights i believe and a red wire runs into my ipdm e/r fuse box although the wire is not connected anywhere. the black box has a GRT CD1-A marking on it.     can anyone tell me what this thing is and what it is for???    i tried to google it but nothing came up!

it doesnt have any lights on it thaat i could see

im just curious as to what it is because it cant be hooked up right now becuase the wire is just sitting loose in my ipdm e/r   and everything seems to be ok with the truck?
