want to know if any body have had  this problem with there 2001 nissan frontier crew cab v6 3.3.each time i try to start my truck it blows the ignition fues.i replace it an try to start it an it does the same thing..dont have an clue whats happening.i really would like to know be for i just run to a shade tree mch.??????????????

You're going to need the shade tree mechanic. If it's
blowing fuses, it's blowing them for a reason. Mainly
it's because there's a short to the ground.

If you feel like checking it out yourself, start tracing
the cables off your battery and see if you have a loose
or disconnected wire.

I've seen the start side of a starter end up having a
cracked insulator and the post end up touching the
starter housing, shorting out and blowing the fuse. Not
on the frontier, but other vehicles.

If you're not mechanically inclined, I say take it to a
mechanic you know and trust.

Is it the 40 amp fuse at the battery that is blowing? Like
kcidmil mentioned, checked for wires that are chafed or
shorted to ground , look very closely near the lower
battery tray area.
