Headlights come on but emergency flashers,
radio and fan blower do not! Always started
before now bit only clicks now. It has a
brand new battery.

Sounds like a ground wire problem. It could be the connection at the starter or elsewhere.

Might state what the truck is model wise...

Have someone hold the ignition key in the "start" position
while you tap on the starter with a long rod, if it starts,
it needs a starter.
