Is there such a thing as a exhaust tip insert, so that
I can change the exhaust note to something more
tolerable?
You know the sound a bottle makes when you blow air
across the opening? That is what mine sounds like,
and I would like to reduce the amount of BASS at idle.
It is very droning and louder than I would prefer.
I am NOT looking to replace the exhaust tip, as it is
new and welded on. Not looking for high-pitched boy-
racer sound. Im more of a "middle aged slow driver
with the turn signal on" kinda guy.
Thx
-Drew

..
Well There's always the fart can that the teens put on their four banger Civics.
There are the chrome tips with a slight angle that could change the sound depending on which way you aim it.
You could install a hand choke, a magneto and a spark plug in the rear of the tail pipe and make sounds like a jet engine.
Been there... Done that..
Good Luck.. Don S..
