I have a 2011 pro4x. Once it gets cold out, it will not start. I turn the key
and nothing. Dash lights and headlights come on. I have changed the
starter and battery already as well as cleaning the cables and even
replacing them. The confusing part is every time the sun comes out and
mid day it starts easily. I keep in plugged in and with a battery blanket.
I have it to the dealership 10 ish times a yea for the last 5 years and
they never find anything. Any thoughts?

..

A connector in the wiring harness may be shrinking in the cold weather causing a disconnect...
Probably under the hood.

An electric block heater or a 100 watt droplight under the hood might work.

I've used a droplight on my old Chevy down here in Texas!

Good luck.. Don S..

Auto or manual trans? Possible starter relay failing in
the IPDM E/R when it is cold.
