Here's how I solved the problem. Look on the left-hand
front side where the thermostat sensors are at.. The
first one goes to the computer that has a single wire
this adjusts the timing on the engine. When the
temperature reads about 140 it starts to advance or
retard the spark I'm not too sure on this one. Check the
connector if it moves around and is not sturdy it the
problem. That's where it makes the computer think it's
still cold. I put a new sensor in replace the connector
soldered everything up and works like a charm no problems
