spencer low racing sell a-arms w/ greasable zerk fittings, but a bit pricey.  most people i've talked to end up making their own.  just go to your local parts store and buy some zerk fitting and drill and taper your a-arms on or off your vehicle and just grease em when you have issues.  i bought some zerk fitting but just haven't got around to doing the job.
