It's definately faster than my old 5.0 GT.  I can't wait for it to be broken in.  I was going to get the personlized plates that read Titan Jr. but I didn't want to lose the commercial plates that come on trucks, I need them for work.  I plan on getting the billet aluminum grill they had at the dealer and a shell that matches.  I need the shell for work.  I thought about adding ghost flames in a darker gray to the front, I bet that would look good with the shadow gray.  I need to pick up some new speakers for it this week so I can install my Eclipse deck in it.  I want more treble out of it.  The stock system sounds good but it's limited.  I plan on adding some Boston Acoustics with an amp.  I just filled it up for the first time and it only cost me $3 more than my BMW did, so I am happy with that.

That's crazy that it's faster than a 5.0, I didn't think the truck was that fast but then again... when I first got in it, it felt pretty freaking fast. I'm just used to the power now.

Your Fronty will look good with the billet look since it's that gray color.. Ghost flames would look cool too, maybe you should think about an irredescent flame... something that pops when light hits it from different angles.

Definitely right about the system... the treble and bass lack. I have the 6 speaker setup in my truck, sounds pretty good but I'm having the same problem... of course, I'm not going to change the deck. That thing wouldn't skip if my truck fell off of a cliff and landed on a boulder.

Hmm... don't have a problem with the treble... or BASS.  In fact, I have enough bass to spare.  It tends to run over into other peoples' cars.

Btw... if you don't plan on adding subs... I'd go with Memphis over Boston.  They have a much better mids.  Enough to give a nice thump.  The treble is decent... not as good as Clarion.

I think I'm going to wait out putting the system in my truck since there is so much crime in my ghetto apartment complex.

I'll wait till I move into my house in Colorado were I know my truck will be in a garage at night and there isn't so much crime.

Cool... you can come up here to buy the materials.  Only 6% sales tax.  Plus it's kind of slow around here sometimes.

I'll have to check it out. 6% is pretty good. It's like 8% out here... I'm glad I traded a california registered truck in for my truck because I actually picked up a decent tax break for my new truck.. I think I saved a little over $800 in taxes... the finance dude found the loophole.. I should open a new topic for finding tax breaks when buying the fronty..

Yes, it's definately faster than my old 5.0 (auto) GT.  As far as the flames the ghost flames do come out when they are hit in the light at different angles.  I'm not having too much trouble with the bass just the treble.  I figure a nice four channel amp and new speakers with my Eclipse deck will work great.  I don't need a sub, just clear loud sound.
