I second that!!!! Spraying with WD is only helping you to isolate the noise, not fix it.

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't the Frontiers use CV joints in the drive shaft as opposed to U joints? Which joint did you end up putting lube on?

Front drive shaft has u-joints, rear has one on the front of the driveshaft(CC, KC has 2 on the rear shaft.

final update:
the squeaking came back one day after i used the wd40. i went to pep boys
and got some greese and greesed the joints of the drive shaft. The
squeaking went away but came back 3 days later. I took it to my local shop
and got it back today. One of the front u-joints would only pivot in one
direction. They replaced the u-joint for $100, problem finally solved.
