Mine has a few sec rattle every time it starts cold, pretty much from day one. no worries. It's the hum-whine that is the concern with the secondary tensioner shoes.

what happens if this is not addressed? Tensioner issue that is. How much are the parts?? Do you do the water pump while your in there?? Pretty sure i know the answer just seeing what you recommend.
