After my last post the truck decided to stop acting up until a few days ago. I took the MAF off my other truck & put it on the truck that was giving me a problem & now both trucks seem to be running fine. I am going to replace the MAF. Thanks for helping!

The codes came back before I could replace the MAF sensor. I had a friend check ALL of the sensors with a scanner & we noticed that the passenger side upstream heated O2 sensor was showing that it was receiving info. but not sending. It seems that the heater in the O2 sensor stopped working & wasn't showing a direct code to the O2 sensor. I changed the O2 sensor a few months back & it's doing GREAT! Thanks for helping.
