last week i had my first meeting with the guys at uprev in austin. My truck is going to be the first truck with a custom program and dyno tune at uprev.

the cost is a little step, but they think they can free up 35-40 horsepower with the mods i have already done to my truck and they can get rid of the sluggy accelleration caused by the low ingnition timing nissan threw in there to protect the tranny.

Yep, Installed a Firestone Ride-rite airbag spring helper kit

 www.riderite.com

Also installed the digital compressor system that allows in-cab air pressure adjustability. Allows you to level out the rear of the truck when loaded. Install was 5-6 hours for both kits. You don't need the compressor kit, you can fill them with an air-hose, but it's nice to have.

We have them installed on our Duramax service trucks which see some pretty good off-road punishment in winter conditions, and they hold up well.

We'll see how well they work this summer when I haul my bike and tow my sportscar.

Cheers,
