I have a 2007 frontier se (with 4WD) I put 20x9.5" Rims on it. Now i know the TPMS is suppose to have the monitors in the tires like the stock rims. BUT...my aftermarket rims dont. Now wen i get on the highway, between 45-60 I hear this LOUD hum. No its not the tires, yes im shure. Would this have anything to do with the TPMS?

The TPMS shouldn't have anything to do with a hum. The only thing that should be happening because you don't have the sensors in is that the warning light on your dash should be on. Also is this hum continuous at those speeds? Your tires may be rubbing somewhere causing the hum. Look at the mud guards and front air dam if you have them, and also check the inner fender liner for rub marks.

I have a 2007 Crew Cab SE and am experiencing a loud hum at 70 mph. The hom starts at 60 to 65 and increases up to 70. This is not a tire related issue. Any suggestions?

check your tire pressure 36-38 seem to be good for me. I had a hum around 60-75 it was the bfgs wearing for about 1200 than got a little quieter than wore out at 12,000 an 800.00 dollar fix called michelin ltx. BTW low tire pressure can and will make a tire humm if to low. to the one with wider rims you could be rubing. park the truck at the end of the driveway were u live around the swall look at the front end see if anything is close to be rubing. I`VE got about 2inchs from my mud guard i have lt 265-75-16 on stock rims
