I'v noticed a light clicking under the hood of my 2008 with (4.0 L V6) as well.  I really only notice it at idle.  I've tried different grades of fuel with no change.  My thought is that it may just be injector noise.  I've heard Toyotas with similar noises and was told that injectors were the culprit.

I've just discovered a clicking/ticking noise in my '06 Crew Cab Nismo.  It happens during acceleration until the truck is warm, about 10 miles or so.  Has anyone been able to pinpoint the cause?  Would something like that be covered in the powertrain warranty?  I've noticed that the sound is getting louder and it is so disappointing.  By the way, the truck only has 23,000 miles on it.

5yrs/60K miles is power train warranty. Just depends on the source of the noise.

I also have a clicking sound in my left front at low speed on my 05 4x4 LE. Plus I have noticed excessive vibration in the truck at speed of 65 to 75 mph, but I do not feel it in the steering wheel. I am pretty sure these two issues are seperate from each other. Does anyone have any insight on these issues.
