Thought I'd intro for me. 2001 Nissan Frontier owner, 2nd nissan ever owned. Previous was Sentra wagon (hated that leaky SOB) Wrecked my truck once (packed in rear by non-driver on GA400 mid summer 2007. I'm in process of re-building my hero. I had a prob with 3 gear shortly after wreck, so I opted to rebuild tranny on my own. Making good progress even though it has taken a while to get all parts and find the time to work on (married w/ 4 kids). While the engine was out I replaced all essentials (ie. gaskets, hoses, and any connectors that I broke dis-assembling. Tranny is manual so rebuild was less complicated than auto. I am about 85% there with a few weeks to go and just as many bolts to tighten, then my best friend can be road worthy once more.

Welcome to the org, let us know when you get her running again.  Should have swapped in some power goodies from JWT while you have it out.
