up above in the stickies is a FSM (factory service manual)  this is the same thing as chiltons and haynes.  Or you can go down to a parts store and pick up the manual.  It will give you step by step instructions on changing them out. 

Read it over before attempting and understand what you have to do.  Also make sure you all have all parts and tools on hand.
