I have the 08 Crew Cab with standard radio. I'm trying to install a Kenwood. I just need to know what wire go to what. The only info I can find has to do with 05s.

Drop the $12 on a metra harness and match the colors, ground to the chassis.

What exactly is the problem?  I can probably help, I have an 08 CC with a Pioneer.  The Metra harness should plug in and give you everything except ground for a standard radio.  The Merta harness and Kenwood harness should be color for color.

My truck is at the dealer for a wheel bearing, when I get it back I'll pull the radio and get you the info you need, and some pics to help.
