do you guys know if i can find out what obd codes are turning my engine light on. On my dodge truck i turn the ignition from off to on three times and the odometer displays the codes. Is there some trick like that on the 09 frontier. I wanna know why the light is on tonight! its only got 4000 miles on it. some cars you jump a wire from obd plug ports to make the mil blink etc.   Thanx alot

Wow on an 09!Any dealership should fix it right away. Another option is an Autozone or similar auto parts store. They can scan the code for you for free.

I have an 09 pro 4x with 4300 miles and it has been in the shop 4 times for
the check engine light. Nissan's response is I don't know how to replace the
fuel cap properly. They replaced the fuel cap on the third trip...it's on again
as as is the slip/vdc lights. I'm 45 and have owned a multitude of cars and
have never had an issue replacing a fuel cap. I'll see what their next "fix" will
be.

We have seen issues with the ABS control unit going bad, causing the ABS/slip lite to illuminate and some times take out the ECU creating a stall problem or no start. Love these modern electronics!!!!!!!!
