Hi all,

I voted before posting here....don't forget to VOTE!!!

I bought my first Frontier, a used '00 with less than 80,000 miles on it! I LOVE it!

It has some electrical problems, a leak at the latch on the sunroof (fixed now) but it is a wonderful truck! My first truck too!

Silver is a 4x4 Crew Cab XE. I am going to be a pilot/flag car for oversized loads and needed something reliable. It is the first truck I ever bought by myself; and the first stick I have driven in over 20-years!

Now for me; I am 42-years-old. I live in Marshall, NC. I am separated and I am rebuilding my life. It is going pretty good.

I joined the board after reading about the A/C problem in the technical forum and thought what a good bunch of folks. I am grateful for the info and await my turn at fixing it when it comes. With it being Oct. and the cold weather setting in, I am glad I don't have to worry about that issue till at least spring!

That about sums it up for now. Look forward to sharing my nissan experience with ya'll!

Welcome to the forum

I guess a double congrats are in order, one for getting a Frontier, the other for it being your first truck. My first vehicle was a 90 Nissan D21 and I've never been without a truck since. I could never stand being on someone else's time. Take good care of it and they'll last you a life time. My parent's have 89 Toyota pickup with almost 300,000 miles on it, and 95% of it is still factory.
