Eric, I've given up on researching headers for this truck. The supercharger apparently prohibits use of a header, for legal street use in any case -all that much more here in CA.
I've added the Magnaflo Cat Back, K&N Cold Air, Throttle Body Spacer, 2.5" smaller S/C pulley, and G-Box Module Moderator Supercharger1 suggested and called the performance mods a day.
Best, Mark S

Is that what you wanted it to look like?

4X4parts.com has them for the gen 1 frontier. They are for the non sc but the heads are the same and i have ordered a pair and they are in shipping right now so i should see them in the next week or two. Now i am quite sure that they fit and the only reason i have found as to why no one makes them for the sc in particular is that it actually reduces the boost from the charger. But i actually would rather order them brcause the cats are too close to the head and collector of the manifold where the cat will actually break up and get sucked into the motor thus doing damage to the head. Also the cost of one primary cat is around 1000 cdn at the dealer a side when a set of headers is only 500us for both. So why could you not make your truck safer by installing one larger cat on either side instead of having 4 little ones. The rear cats dont actually get monitored by the ecu so you just have to move the o2 sensors a bit farther down stream and everything should work just fine and you shouldnt have any issues with the emissions or aircare(British Columbia) Also the stock manifolds are designed to restrict the flow to make the boost higher kinda like a wastegate on a turbo. So when you remove the resriction you will actually see a loss of boost but over all it wont really make a difference because it will be more efficient and you should still feel an increase in power delivery. I am building my own exhaust as soon as i have some time and the headers. I will post up my results when i am done the system......
