So I have a CAI on the way (Picked up a scratched brand new AEM Brute Force for $99). Installing tonneau today (Got a closeout $250 one for $140) and the next two things am considering are a programmer and exhaust. Been doing some digging and settled on a Banks Monster but I really don't want to fork out 500+ so I was considering just cutting out the stock muffler and replacing it with a ???. Any sugestions? My ultimate goal is to increase MPG (And HP  ) with the least investment. BTW my Truck is a 2006 CC NISMO with the 4.0 and 5 foot bed.

Great job on the intake.

I've used flowmaster in the past, and the chambers seem to just change the sound of the exhaust, so I've steered clear from them.

The magnaflow muffler I've been using on my new setup has sounded great while accelerating, and quiet when at a steady speed.

I'd recommend reading up on my previous thread and going that route.. 350$ average.. and well worth it. Plus I think Magnaflow guarantees 1mpg increase.

Thanks for the info. I'll look into it. Looks like they sent the wrong tonneau. It's for the 6' bed mine is the 5'. Returned it today. So much for a killer deal.
