Just purchased an 08 Frontier 2 weeks ago. The first week
I noticed that the radio would stay on after removing the
key from the ignition until I opened the door..ok
fine,right?
Then a week later it stopped. I turn off the key and the
radio goes dead. I took the truck to the dealer and they
tell me it was never suppose to stay on and even show me
other trucks like it.
I even have a witness that the radio would stay on, the
first week.
So, am I crazy or what? This makes no sense to me.

Is it an aftermarket radio or the stock radio?
I have had my capacitor ground out on my truck and cause my radio to act the same way, and then it grounds out again and everything is fine.. just kind of random..

nope not crazy at all, also the windows work with the key off, as long as you don't the doors, and it lasts about 10 sec before the windows stop working

yep i use this deal to annoy the wife sometimes. We'll take her car somewhere and when she shuts off the car and starts rolling up her windows I'll open the passenger door... lol
