I have an '05 Frontier 4x4 Nismo with 131,000 miles. When I started it up
two days ago the oil pressure gauge went to high. When I just turn the key
"on" it moves to the middle like always, but once started it jumps to high. I
tried changing the oil and filter (Nissan filter/Valvoline 5-30 Synthetic). I still
have the problem. Any clues on what this might be and what I need to check
next? My plans are to pick up a manuel pressure gauge that fits into the
sensor location and get a true reading.

Any help would be appreciated.
