im auto tech in florida working on 2005 nissian frontier v6 customer had bad cat it was stopped up i changed the cat and it ran great 1200 miles later its back with 106000 on odometer its smoking and consuming oil compression check shows all between 160psi-175psi smokes left exhaust only pressure tested each cylilnder alls good truck runs great no miss just light pop out left bank exhaust but 1 quart oil every 10 min run time could this be internal head isssue any info would help thanks love the site

You need to learn how to use periods........... Most likely
the catalyst material has been drawn into the engine due to
overlap, thus scoring the cyls and rings, causing oil
consumption.
