Engine is slow to decelerate, like when going through the gears, etc.I took the valve off and cleaned the pintle inside.Seemed to work fine for about 5 miles..now back to where it was.I noticed the spring in the pintle "seemed" weak/did'nt take a whole lot of force to move the pintle. Before I fork out the 100-150$ on a new one,was wondering if that is normal,or is there a way to shim this spring,or empty my wallet and get a new one.I thought about the junkyard but that is a crap shoot for electrical/engine management stuff.

The throttle plate looks clean. The base idle is fine,as well as cold start high idle (then slow idles properly when warm).
