My dog chewed the abs speed sensor wire on the left front
speed sensor on my 1998 4wd Frontier. Is there anything
special to know before I remove the unit from the wheel
ring? I hate surprises and it seems to be a simple matter
to replace the unit.
Thank you.

The sensor is located in the knuckle and unless you live in
a "salt state" there should be no problem removing the
attaching bolt or the sensor.

Thank you. That's what I needed to hear.
Best regards.
