2005 Frontier King Cab 6cyl

I'm hoping that someone can help me with this...
Same story as everyone else...truck stopped running...I swapped the ECM relay and found out that there was a recall.
Had the ECM relay replaced @ dealer.
--Drove about 25 miles...stopped to get food...would not start.
I traced down my issue with the voltmeter -- I have power at the starter, power going into the IPDM.
Power loss at the starter relay posts...less than 4v.  When jumping the 30 and 72 post just like a fuel pump...truck starts but runs horribly.  NO POWER...although driving in REVERSE is good as usual.

So i wonder if I need a new IPDM or if i have an issue with the transmission switch.
OR Both!?
Part number 284B6-ZE03C seems to be the new and updated IPDM but im not 100% sure.

--Anyone have some knowledge about check the trans switch?

First thing is to clean and tighten the main ground from
battery to engine. 2nd, clean and tighten the 2 grounds at
the drivers side upper timing chain housing. Oh yea, clean
battery terminals also.
