One bolt at a time in the correct sequence. Seriously, it
is under the intake manifold. What else do you need to
know?? Have you tried a google search?

frontier guy is right about that. well to be honest he is one of the most reliable guy in here so feel free to ask everything that you need to know. there are also lots of threads in here about nissan knock sensor replacement if i have lots of time i will search it for you.
