I have a 2006 Frontier CC 4x4 4.0 V-6. I am having a hard time getting rid of the P2A03 code. I have replaced the driver side front converter with a brand new one. A brand new up-stream O2 sensor was installed on driver side as well. I can clear the code and it will be back on within 25 miles. Observing the O2 sensors while driving 3 of them have voltage that runs between .320 volts and .800 volts. Most of the time the O2S21 (the one that is brand new) stays around .540 volts. When coasting down hill with accelerator not being used at all, the voltage goes to 1.250 volts. Somebody give me something to go on please!!

P2A03 refers to the Air Fuel ratio sensor(not O2 sensor) @
2K rpm it should fluctuate around 1.5 volts. Check and
clean all engine grounds(on top of left timing chain cover)
along with main ground to engine and don't forget the
battery terminals also. If you are not using a Genuine
Nissan oil impregnated air filter, get one, also clean the
MAFS w/ approved cleaner.

Exhaust leak was the culprit.
