Can anyone tell me when the current ('11, '12) cab styling changed to its current configuration? I mean the current styling with the rear side window having the bottom rear corner filled in and the back of the cab above the bed jutting backward an inch or two.

Oh - cuz. I am looking at pics of camper caps installed and just wondered how far back to go, not that I couldn't tell immediately by the truck itself once I see a picture.
