At idle, there is a barely noticeable
bump/shudder/hiccup. The frequency between the bumps is
random. The intensity is stronger when in drive than in
neutral, and it doesn't always do it. I'm not sure how
else to describe it.
My check engine light is not on, and there are no pending
codes. The truck runs fine when not at idle, no
noticeable loss of power, but I think I might be getting
slightly worse gas mileage than normal.
It seems like an ignition problem to me, but the plugs
and wires are new. Not sure what else to suspect. Coil
maybe?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

IN the dark, open the hood, start the engine, see if any of
the plug wires are shorting to ground. Did you install
genuine Nissan wires or aftermarket? Injector cleaner,
Nissan oil impregnated air filter, cap and rotor????

That's probably a good idea. I haven't suspected the wires
because they're brand new, but they are aftermarket ones
that I made from an Accel 8.8mm kit. I'll check that
tonight. The air filter is K&N, and the cap and rotor are
brand new Duralast. There was a period of about 1000 miles
between the installation of all these things and the start
of the hiccups. I think it's most likely the injectors
though, so I'm gonna run some sea foam through the gas,
and if that doesn't fix it take it somewhere for a
professional cleaning.

K+N flows a lot of air, also a lot of dirt. Clean the MAFS
with approved cleaner, install Genuine Nissan oil
impregnated air filter, install Genuine Nissan cap and
rotor. How many miles? May want to clean and tighten all
engine grounds. I have my doubts as to an injector concern.
Sea foam is good.

Alright, I didn't see any sparks from any wires in the
darkness test. So that's good.
Do you know where all the engine grounds are? I've looked
in my hanes manual, and I've googled it, but I cant find
much. Not sure how many to look for either.
Are the extra MPG's not worth a K&N? This is the first
time I've heard anything bad about them.

K&N filters are NOT a good idea. They flow air but pass a lot of crap through. The oil on them is rather notorious for coating MAF sensors. DUMP IT like Frontierguy says and get a Nissan paper filter.

Should be a main ground from the battery on the right
cylinder head, 2 on top of the intake plenum. Do a google
search on the K+N problems. If you can see measurable gains
in mpg, that would truly be amazing.
