Turns out it was the ECM relay...cost only $5.00 for the part. I guess that's a common problem in Nissans....my mechanic spoke with Nissan and that's what they told him.

There is a recall on that relay, another good reason to
visit your dealer periodically. PC068 is the recall #, no
charge at the dealer.
