I am getting a vibration while driving down the road once I get over 50-55 mph. It does not happen in turns, only while moving in a straight line. I have noticed in warmer weather especially towards the end of last summer there was a slight whine coming from the front end while driving in a straight line, it would stop if I braked or went into a turn. but it would not make this noise when the weather was cooler. so yesterday while on the way home I started to get a vibration from what feels like the drivers front wheel. I checked lug nuts. I feel as if it may be the front drivers wheel bearing or universal joints. I have a 2005 Nissan frontier se crew cab 4x4. if anyone has any insight or knowledge of what this may be I would appreciate your help before I pay a heavy repair bill. I feel as if I could do it myself if I knew exactly where the problem is. thanks.

btw I have 130000 miles on the truck..i had lower ball joints replaced in 08/12. and also the noise I described above was probably more of a squeak squeak squeak instead of a whine.
