Keith,
The Pulley's have to be in alignment. Maybe the Slack Adjuster Bearing's have worn out,, and throwing the Belt out of alignment
Is this a Truck that you just got?
Nissan would be the best place,, but if you don't want to take it to them,, then I might go to Firestone, or a professional AC Specialist.
