Has anyone changed the pin in the doors to fix the sagging problem? Mine needs to be changed and I want to know how hard it is to do. Do I need to grind off the factory pins or do they pop out? Do I need to remove the door?

It's been 40 years since I've done it.

I ground on the pin then drove it out using a smaller un-needed drill bit and a BFH.
In another case I adjusted the hinge where it fastened to the body.
