2019 Frontier. My heat gauge has never gone
 more than 1/3
up. I took a non professional temp of the radiator and temp
was about 150. However this was with a cheap infrared
thermometer not a professional one so this reading could be
suspect. A few months ago my engine coded that O2 sensor(s)
needed replacing. Done. Very shortly thereafter I got the
same code. If my engine is running cold, could my radiator
thermostat be bad? And if it is running cold, could this be
related to the O2 sensors going bad quickly? |

 Bill,

The Water Temperature Gauge on my '13 V6 when @ operateing
temperature is a little bit below 1/2 way, guestamateing
that is about 40% to 45% where the Needle is. According to
my Scangauge II connected @ the obd II here in the Deep
South during winter time, the Water temperature @
operateing temperature is @ about 190F to 195F. It seem's
like the Air Temperature has a little bit to do with what
the Water Temperature is on mine.

If it were me, I'd take it in to Nissan Service Dept and
talk with the Service Manager and Try and Schedule the
Master Tech to do the Diagnostic, rather than guessing and
 throwing part's @ it.

If you don't have the Geniune Nissan Service Manual, I
would strongly suggest you getting the download. If you
can follow the diagnostic procedure's in the Service
manual, then that is another good option as well.

 Regards,
